12 outlets of the restaurant chain which was first opened in Indonesia in the early '90s will be rebranded after the Sosro group bought a controlling stake from Bambang Rachmadi, the original McDonald's franchisee. Will seek more confirmation regarding the rest of the outlets.Sent from my iPhone

Doesn't look like an ad commissioned or done by Apple, it's simply way too busy and messy. My guess is it was done by one of the local distributors.
